Report a citation problem
If Rusukh shows a verse, translation, tafsir passage or hadith that is wrong, misattributed or mis-graded, tell us immediately — tap Report on the answer in the app, or email us. Citation accuracy is the whole point of Rusukh, and we treat these reports ahead of everything else.
Common questions
Why did the app refuse to answer?
Because its sources could not support an answer. Rusukh only quotes passages it can retrieve and verify against its corpus; when it cannot, it defers to a qualified scholar instead of inventing text. That is deliberate, not a bug.
Why do answers show a scope banner?
Scholarly positions are not uniform. The banner tells you whether a point is well-established, whether scholars differ on it, or whether you should consult a scholar directly for your situation.
Does Rusukh work offline?
Reading and your saved memorisation schedule work offline. Ask needs a connection, because it searches the corpus on our servers.
How do I remove ads?
Subscribe to Rusukh Premium. Ads never appear against sacred content on any tier — not in the mushaf, an answer, tafsir, or a hifz review.
How do I restore a subscription on a new device?
Sign in with the same account, then use Restore purchases on the Premium screen. Your subscription is tied to the App Store or Google Play account that bought it.
How do I change my translation, reciter or madhab?
Profile → Study lens and Profile → Reading. If your masjid has connected Rusukh, some defaults come from them; you can still override any of them.
How do I delete my account?
See Delete account.
